PRESCHOOL APPLICATIONS FOR the 2020-2021school year!

Genoa-Hugo School is accepting applications for the 20-21 year for the 3 and 4 year old preschool. To request an application please call the school 719-743-2428. Space is limited, so to guarantee a spot for your child it is imperative that ALL paperwork is returned to the school by July 1st. All forms must be returned to be considered a complete application. Forms can be returned to the school office Monday-Thursday between 8:00-2:00. Parents will be notified by phone in mid-July if your child will receive a spot.

Happy Retirement to Mrs. Marguerite Yowell

As the school year comes to a close the students, staff and administration would like to wish Mrs. Marguerite Yowell a Happy Retirement. She has been a dedicated teacher to the district for the past 31 years. She has touched many lives in her path. Although at this time we can not celebrate with a party we would like to help her family with a shower of cards and notes of best wishes. Her address is 38447 County Rd 24, Hugo, CO 80821.

Genoa-Hugo School is looking substitutes for all grade levels for the remaining 19-20 school year and for the 20-21 school year. Interested individuals are responsible to obtain the substitute certificate from Colorado Dept. of Ed on their own and submit to the district to be considered. Any questions in regards to this may be directed to Terry Weber, Superintendent.
